If for any reason you are unsatisfied within the first 15 days of service, we will refund 100% of your hosting fees.
If you have taken one of our Yearly plans with the $5 Special Domain Name Registration Fee, the full sum of $ 8.95 will apply.
The difference ($ 3.95) will be deducted from your hosting fee and the remaining will be refunded in full.
Setup and domain registration fees are not refundable.
If you account is suspended or termindated during the first 15 days of service due to violations of any
of our policies or terms and conditions, there will be no refund in any kind.
All you need to do is to send an email to
and we will process
your request to cancel your account and have the hosting fees refunded to you. Please remember to include
your domain name, user name, password and if you can, the reason for your departure in your email.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our 15 Day Money Back Guarantee policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage.
